Nawazish Ali was bon on first May, 1966 to Talib Hussain and Allah Rakhi. He belonged to Chak No 13 W-B, District Vehari.

He joined Pakistan Navy in 1983.

Nawazish Ali was very good sportsman. He was counted among the best swimmers of the unit. He served Pakistan Navy for more than 16 years. He was working as instructor on that fateful day.
