Muhammad Sarwar belonged to chak 149 G.B, Toba Tek Singh. His father Faqir Muhammad was farmer by profession. He was born on 2 April 1969.

He joined Pakistan Navy in August, 1987.

He was a very motivated person and a willing worker. Sarwar was a good hockey player. He was married. He served Pakistan Navy for 12 years with zeal and interest and was undergoing flight engineer course.

On 10 August, 1999 before going for his last flying mission of the life, he met all his friends and bade them good bye. It appeared as if he was already given an indication about that fateful day. He is profoundly remembered by all his friends and companions.
